I’m a certified fitness nutrition specialist, and have spent countless hours researching the best ways to eat healthily and take care of my body.
My philosophy is that science and intuition can help the body and the mind thrive. I believe in taking advantage of what we know about exercise, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals (just a fancy word for nutrients from plants), and blending that knowledge with what I have seen work for me firsthand.
