To me, fitness is much more than weight loss or appearance: It’s about living life to the fullest and respecting the body with which we’re born. This means choosing foods and activities that feed the muscles, skin, vital organs, bones and brain— the most important part of the body!

I’m a certified fitness nutrition specialist, and have spent countless hours researching the best ways to eat healthily and take care of my body.

My philosophy is that science and intuition can help the body and the mind thrive. I believe in taking advantage of what we know about exercise, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals (just a fancy word for nutrients from plants), and blending that knowledge with what I have seen work for me firsthand.

Here, I am offering the fruits of my research and experience to the world, so that you can flourish, too. This is my forum to discuss the diet, exercise, supplements and natural remedies that can keep us humans running at optimal levels and make us feel healthy, strong and proud.
